How can I rent out the gear?
For Wedio, it is all about your flexibility! When you subscribe to gear, you can choose to rent it out on www.wedio.com when you are not using it yourself and let the gear pay for itself. You only have to rent it out 2-3 days per month to cover your subscription payments and our insurance also covers rentals – sounds awesome right?

What condition are the gear in?
The gear is new and as good as new. You can always see if the gear is new or used on the product page. All our gear is fully functioning and in flawless condition, and the prices always reflect the gear. Before products are available for subscription again, they go through a detailed quality check. If your subscribed gear isn’t as expected, our customer service is happy to help.
When does the subscription begin and end?
The first monthly subscription payment is charged upon order which also determines the recurring monthly payment date. At the end of the minimum subscription period the subscription will continue on a monthly basis and after a certain period you can extend your subscription to reduce the monthly payment. You also have the choice to cancel your subscription by returning your device for free, and upgrade for a newer model.
What if I want to keep my gear forever?
If you want to keep your subscribed gear, you don’t have to pay the subscription for the rest of your life. You can always buy the gear whenever you want, and after a certain number of subscription months, you can pay a symbolic one Euro to make it yours. The exact number of months and subscription payments depends on the product and your subscription period. You can also stay flexible and you are not obliged to buy the product at any time.
What if my gear gets damaged during the subscription period?
Don’t worry, Wedio Global Insurance will come with every subscription, and will cover sudden damages, display breakage, water damage, fire, electrical damage, defects, burglary and robbery assaults. You will only pay the first 10 % of any damages however at least the amount of €267 (DKK 2,000) and maximum the amount of €667 (DKK 5,000). Do I have to worry about signs of use?
No, we want you to enjoy your gear as they were your own. Small scratches and normal signs of use will be cleaned after return for free. In case of severe signs of wear and damage, Wedio Global Insurance will cover the repair costs. You will only pay the first 10 % of any damages however at least the amount of €267 (DKK 2,000) and maximum the amount of €667 (DKK 5,000).
